1. How do I access ECU On the Go?
In order to access ECU On the Go, you need ECU Online access (a valid Member Number and Password/PIN) and a mobile device with an Internet connection. Simply enter the ECU On the Go Wireless URL (mobile.ecu.org) into the browser of your Internet-enabled wireless device and then log in using your ECU Online Account Number and Password/PIN. The first time you log in to ECU on the Go, you will be asked Enhanced Security Login questions.
 
2. Who is ECU’s Mobile Banking provider for ECU On the Go?
MShift powers ECU On the Go. For more information on MShift, visit their web site at http://www.mshift.com/
 
3. Which mobile devices are supported for ECU On the Go?
You can access ECU On the Go from any Internet-enabled mobile phone (such as WAP phones), PalmOne OS device, Pocket PC, Apple iPhone device or RIM Blackberry device. Note: The device must be Internet-enabled.
 
4. How does ECU On the Go handle Security?
ECU On the Go is encrypted using the Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS) protocol, which provides the highest level of security available today. Additionally, all data that passes between the wireless gateway, MShift’s Servers and ECU’s web servers is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
 
5. Is there a fee to use ECU On the Go?
ECU does not charge a fee to access ECU On the Go; however, your mobile phone provider may charge a fee for internet access.
 
6. What ECU Online services does ECU On the Go include?
ECU On the Go includes the following ECU Online services:
 
• Account Summaries
• View Check Images
• Account Transaction History
• Transfers
• View due bills (eBills)
• Pay Bills
• View Pending Bill Payments

7. What happens if I get locked out of ECU On the Go?
You must call ECU’s Service Center at 800-999-2328 to reset your password. Once your password is reset, you must first specify your new password on ECU Online via your PC. For security reasons, you may not specify your new password on ECU On the Go. Once your password is set up on your PC, you may use your Member Number and password to immediately log in to ECU On the Go.
 
8. Can I use ECU On the Go if I don’t have an ECU account?
No. You must have ECU Online account, member number and password in order to use ECU On the Go.
