Official Contest Rules

1. Contest entries may be submitted from July 1 through September 30, 2010. No purchase is necessary to win. This contest is open to new and existing ECU VISA card holders. You will be automatically entered for the prize drawing each time you make a purchase using your ECU Visa between July 1 and September 30, 2010.

2. The winning entry will be determined by a witnessed random drawing to be held on or about October 15, 2010. The $5,000 prize for the contest will be awarded as follows:

a. New ECU VISA card holders: If you are the winning entry and you opened your ECU VISA account between July 1 and September 30, 2010, you will win up to $5,000 toward the balance of your ECU VISA account for all purchases made during the six(6) month period following the date of your account opening.

b. Existing ECU VISA card holders: If you are the winning entry and you opened your account prior to July 1, 2010, you will win up to $5,000 toward the balance of your ECU VISA account for any purchases you made between July 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010.

3. You may also enter to win by printing your name, complete address and telephone number on a 3x5 card and mailing it to: Win with ECU Visa, Eastman Credit Union, 2021 Meadowview Lane, Kingsport, TN, 37660, Attn: Marketing Dept. All entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2010. Entries will become the property of Eastman Credit Union (ECU) and will not be returned. Entries are limited to one entry per day per person and no duplicate entries will be accepted. ECU is not responsible for illegible, incomplete, mutilated or lost entries. Contest is open only to current ECU members. ECU employees and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible.

4. The odds of winning will be determined solely by the number of entries received.

5. Winner will be notified by telephone, mail or e-mail and required to sign and return within 21 days an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and consent to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purpose, without further consent. Failure to comply with all the conditions of the contest may result in prize forfeiture and selection of a new winner. You must be 18 years of age to enter. Winner may not transfer prize rights or obtain substitutions or cash redemption.

6. This offer is void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws and taxes. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of prize winners.
